About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for Manassas Health & Rehab Center. This crucial leadership role is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellence in clinical quality.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of nursing operations within the facility
Ensure delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and resident-centered care
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional development and accountability
Oversee clinical systems including infection control, quality assurance, risk management, care planning, and many more
Promote consistency in standards of practice and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and diverse workplace culture
