At Bond Vet, we are passionate about building the future of veterinary medicine by investing in exceptional teams, modern systems of care, and leadership that elevates both patient outcomes and team experience. As we continue to grow, we are committed to developing a nursing organization that sets a new standard for clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth within veterinary medicine. The Director of Nursing will play a critical leadership role in shaping and advancing Bond Vet’s nursing strategy. Working closely with the Chief Veterinary Officer and regional leadership teams, this leader will help ensure our nurses have the development resources, clarity, and operational systems needed to deliver outstanding patient care at scale. As a senior clinical leader, this role bridges clinical excellence, workforce strategy, and operational execution. This leader will also provide direct management to members of the Medical Operations team and strategic oversight and mentorship to our Area Lead Nurses (regional nurse trainers). While this role is primarily strategic and operational, maintaining clinical credibility is essential. From time to time, the Director of Nursing will be asked to step into clinical shifts or consult (most often to support training or complex cases) in order to ensure continued connection to the realities of our clinic teams and the care we provide every day. This role reports to the Chief Veterinary Officer and represents an important step in the leadership pathway toward Chief Nursing Officer at Bond Vet.
