Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or a related setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead with confidence, fairness, and accountability
- A genuine passion for serving the senior population
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical programs
- Establish and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinate care across departments to ensure seamless resident services
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Address and resolve clinical concerns with effective action plans
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Guide team structure, staffing, and professional development
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies during surveys and inspections
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Administrator
