About The Position
The Director of Nursing at Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing department in a long-term care facility. This position requires a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who will ensure that all nursing staff provide quality resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. The Director will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department, guide staffing procedures, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
