About The Position
The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading the clinical associates and ensuring a transformative care experience for guests. This role involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Nursing Service Department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Director will supervise staff, coordinate care services, and ensure quality assessment and assurance activities are conducted to improve resident care and compliance.
