The Specialty Director of Nursing provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for specialty ambulatory nursing services. This role ensures consistent, high-quality nursing practice across specialty services while optimizing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning nursing services with organizational goals, mission, and values. The Specialty Director partners closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Ambulatory Services, Medical Directors, Clinic Administrators, and interdisciplinary leaders to improve patient outcomes, clinic flow, staff engagement, and the overall patient experience. Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Ambulatory Services. SEARHC is a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska.
