About The Position

As the Director of Nursing Services, you will lead and oversee all nursing services and clinical operations. You will partner closely with our Senior Nursing Managers, serving as the senior clinical leader responsible for guiding nursing strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care. This is a hands-on, onsite leadership position, offering direct engagement with residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Previous nursing leadership experience (skilled nursing or long-term care preferred)
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for nursing services and clinical outcomes
• Serve as the senior nursing leader, supporting and directing Senior Nursing Managers
• Supervise and guide RNs, LPNs, CNAs, CMTs and L1ma's
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Foster collaboration among physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Identify and resolve clinical and operational challenges
• Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and resident-centered care
