As a Director of Nursing, you will coordinate and direct clinical services and programs for the 40 bed skilled nursing facility while delivering high quality care to our patients. The position requires development, participation, and/or ensuring compliance in the following areas, as well as additional areas as assigned: patient care, satisfaction, and residents' rights nursing policies and procedures staffing, employee development, and assisting in management of human resource issues budget development safety compliance

Requirements

  • current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • experience as a nurse in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
  • established ability to manage people and processes
  • knowledge of State and Federal regulations
  • experience with the survey process
  • effective problem solving and communication skills
  • a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities
