Director of Nursing (DON)
About The Position
This full-time position will report to the hospital Administrator and is responsible for upholding the standards of care established by regulatory and accrediting bodies. The DON will provide oversight and direction to all direct care nursing staff and ensure the units are staffed safety and according to protocol. Requirements
- Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing minimum, with MSN oversight.
- License: RN License through the state board of nursing, ACLS Certified
- Experience: One-year management or related experience in nursing
