Requirements
- Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license
- BSN required
- Minimum of three years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A firm yet compassionate leader who can implement change while keeping staff engaged
Nice To Haves
- Master’s in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing and compassionate nursing team
- Ensure clinical excellence and compliance in all aspects of care
- Mentor, coach, and support staff while setting clear expectations
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary partners
- Provide both day-to-day oversight and long-term strategy
