Requirements

Active RN license in the state required
Minimum 3 years RN experience (6+ years preferred)
Behavioral health nursing experience: 1 year required (inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric, addiction recovery, or related)
2 years of progressive leadership or management experience required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
2 years preferred behavioral health nursing experience
Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred

Responsibilities
