Requirements

Active RN License in PA
Five years of l eadership experience in a long-term care/senior living/CCRC/SNF is requir
In-depth knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance
A compassionate leader with a passion for senior care

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
Mentor and develop nursing staff to achieve excellence
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes
Manage staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations
