Requirements

- Knowledge of long -term care regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem -solving skills.
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse License (Verified by Nursys).
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
- At least 3 - 5 years of nursing experience.
- Infection Preventionist Certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire, free program offered through CMS)
- Experience in Matrix EMR. - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Michigan license
- BLS

- Experience in Matrix EMR.
