About The Position

Director of Nursing (DON) – Correctional Healthcare Phillips State Prison | Buford, GA Salary: $107,000+ annually Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations at Phillips State Prison in Buford, Georgia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, compliance, and operational excellence within a correctional healthcare environment. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check
