Requirements

Current licensure in the state employed
CPR certification
driver’s license preferred
Strong desire to provide quality care to our residents.
Detail and Quality Process Oriented.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
5 years in Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and maintenance of nursing service objectives, facility and departmental policies and procedures, standards of practice, methods of coordination of the nursing services with other disciplines and adherence to all corporate, state and federal requirements.
Assists in the development of the facility's annual budget and monitors the departmental expenditures.
Operates the healthcare components in accordance with the established policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Coordinates nursing service with community agencies, physicians, families, residents, consultants, ancillary service providers and other departments within the facility.
