About The Position

Director of Nursing (DON) - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Beaumont Health Care Center — 795 Lindbergh Drive, Beaumont, TX Full-Time | On-Site | Skilled Nursing / Rehab Lead with impact. Elevate outcomes. Beaumont Health Care Center is seeking a proven Director of Nursing (DON) to drive clinical excellence, build a strong nursing team, and deliver quality outcomes in partnership with a supportive Administrator. If you’re a strong SNF leader who pairs heart with high standards, this is your seat. What You’ll Do Own outcomes: Lead QAPI, survey readiness, infection prevention, and compliance with all core quality metrics. Build the team: Recruit, coach, schedule, and retain top nursing talent while optimizing staffing to census and acuity. Raise the bar: Standardize clinical practice, documentation, and transitions of care to ensure consistency and safety. Partner to win: Collaborate with the Administrator, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to solve challenges quickly and effectively. Run by data: Monitor KPIs (hospitalizations, falls, wounds, antipsychotic use, staffing), report progress, and act fast on findings.

Requirements

  • RN (Texas) license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of DON SNF/LTC leadership with a strong survey history.
  • Proven strength in QAPI, staffing leadership, EMR documentation, and regulatory compliance .
  • A calm, decisive communicator who builds accountability while supporting growth.
