About The Position
The Director of Nursing at OhioHealth is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care through effective planning, organization, and evaluation of resources. This role integrates the Nursing Philosophy with the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals, providing direction and supervision to nursing managers and specialty roles. The Director collaborates with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain a standard of care and practice across the organization.
