About The Position

The Director of Nursing plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical
services. The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality
patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of three years’ clinical experience in geriatric care coupled with a minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager in the skilled nursing setting.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Must be able to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
