In this strategic leadership role, you will guide the Syva, IMMULITE, and Plasma Proteins portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. You will lead a team of Marketing and Product Managers, shape commercial execution, and drive growth for solutions that directly impact patient care, laboratory performance, and clinical outcomes. This is a highly visible, influential position with direct responsibility for portfolio health, market positioning, and long‑term business strategy.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of marketing or commercial experience in specialty diagnostics
  • 4+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Proven expertise with Syva, IMMULITE, or Plasma Proteins markets preferred
  • Strong understanding of laboratory operations, Chemistry, and Immunoassay testing
  • Experience with CRM, funnel analytics, and market insights tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, business, or marketing
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Full portfolio life‑cycle management and coordination with global Specialty Business Line teams
  • Development and execution of pricing, segmentation, promotions, and sales enablement strategies
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of a high‑performing marketing team
  • Market trend analysis and growth initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Collaboration with Clinical/Scientific Marketing to leverage evidence and collaboration studies
  • Executive‑level customer presentations delivering clinical, operational, and financial value
  • Cross‑functional strategic projects aligned to North American business priorities
