About The Position

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a passionate board-certified Neonatologist to serve as the Director of Neonatology. This role involves overseeing a vibrant and growing neonatology program, providing clinical care, and fulfilling leadership and administrative duties within a major teaching hospital. The position is integral to the expansion of pediatric services and aims to deliver high-quality care to premature or sick infants in the community.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Neonatology
• NRP Certified
• Passion for providing family-centered customer service

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with pediatric specialty care

Responsibilities

• Oversee the neonatology program at St. Luke's University Health Network.
• Provide clinical care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs).
• Fulfill leadership and administrative duties related to the neonatology department.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote family-centered care.
• Engage in community and regional development initiatives.
