Responsibilities

  • Drive high-value business—Target 125+ rooms on peak and higher for meetings, events, and corporate stays.
  • Hunt & Close Deals—Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Be the Face of Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa—Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and create unforgettable experiences.
  • Negotiate & Strategize—Prepare proposals, close contracts, and analyze lost business to refine sales tactics.
  • Collaborate & Deliver—Work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
  • Exceed Sales Goals—Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and room night success.
