Overview The Director of National Initiatives will report to the Vice President of National Initiatives. This role will be accountable for collaborating with multiple interdisciplinary team members to reduce medical expense and improve family member outcomes by developing processes, policies, education, and implementation for population health national initiatives.

Requirements

  • BSN, MSN, MSW or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of clinical leadership experience
  • 5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid experience
  • Experience with analytical skills and data analysis plus experience of HEDIS/STARS
  • Excellent computer skills required particularly related to Microsoft applications including Word. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Continuously add value as an innovative thinker, active listener, with the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
  • Possess and strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate the needs of market and leadership partners
  • Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, while coordinating multiple projects.
  • Possess strong communication and leadership skills
  • Have experience with process improvement and initiative implementation
  • Strong cross-functional and matrixed collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • BSN, NP, or PA preferred
  • Experience in Quality Improvement, and/or facilitation skills preferred.
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred
  • Willingness required to explore and learn new or unfamiliar applications and databases, and when prepared to teach team members how to maximize technology

Responsibilities

  • The National Initiatives leader will develop the processes, policies, and implementation strategy in support of national population health team initiatives inclusive but not limited to social workers, transition of care, and clinical pharmacists.
  • Support strategy and identification of improvement opportunities, in partnership with national and regional leadership to improve outcomes in population health outcomes.
  • Develop policies and procedures that support national population health programs.
  • Support reporting initiatives that enable monitoring and compliance of policies and procedures.
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure team member and family member coordination of activities to hit main objectives.
  • Displays strong time management and communication skills that align with CINQCARE’s core values.
  • Possesses a solid knowledge of internal enterprise-wide contractual areas of focus, Medicaid VBP and Medicare entities to monitor and report metrics such as utilization trends, patient satisfaction, and other key performance indicators
