About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Director to lead our music program and inspire our community through the power of music. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a commitment to gathering and mentoring musicians of all levels. This role requires a creative individual who can effectively communicate musical concepts and foster a collaborative environment. The desired outcome is to provide traditional worship ministries that inspire others to worship in new, creative, and powerful ways as well as provide a gateway for people to encounter Christ and choose to follow him.
