About The Position
The Director of Middle Office Operations at East West Bank is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing a Middle Office team that supports derivatives, foreign exchange, and investment operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while mitigating operational risks. The Director will work closely with various internal departments and report directly to the CFO, overseeing a team of four to six full-time employees.
