About The Position
The Director of M&A will play a pivotal role in Brightway's go-forward acquisition and strategic investment initiatives. This position involves sourcing viable potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, completing financial modeling and valuation analyses, negotiating and executing M&A transactions, and assisting in the integration of acquired businesses.
