About The Position
The Director of Merchandising - Produce is responsible for achieving overall department financials by implementing a strategic vision to enhance the shopping experience through product offerings in stores and online, while making direct impact on customer through connecting and inspiring a healthier future. Fresh Thyme’s deep-rooted people culture provides the support and tools needed to learn, grow and collaborate across the company. Position will follow a hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote. Travel expected around 20%.
