The Cadillac Formula 1® Team, backed by TWG Global and GM, is seeking a commercially driven and creative Director of Merchandising & Licensing. This role is crucial for building and leading a world-class global merchandise and licensing program. The Director will define how fans engage with the brand beyond the racetrack by developing premium products, strategic partnerships, and innovative retail experiences that reflect Cadillac’s legacy of luxury and performance. The primary goal is to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and deliver standout fan experiences through best-in-class merchandising and licensing strategies.
