Quick access up to 50% of your earned wages! We are looking for a Director of Memory Care to join our health services department full time. . The Director of Memory Care (DMC) is responsible for the overall supervision and quality of nursing and supportive services in Memory Care. The DMC is responsible for the procurement of appropriate supplies and equipment while operating within the departmental budget. He/She is also responsible for the coordination and direction of the memory care staff including hiring, training, and termination. This position is also responsible for establishing appropriate levels of care and ensuring the delivery of quality nursing care. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Assisted Living regulations, as well as relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements
- Minimum of FIVE years nursing administration experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two years' experience in geriatric nursing and/or B.S Degree in nursing.
- familiar with Assisted Living regulations
- relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
