About The Position
The Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to fill the role of Director of Membership Engagement. This position is crucial for cultivating the overall membership operations, enhancing the membership experience, and developing strategies for growth and retention. As the largest REALTOR® association in Kentucky, serving approximately 5,500 members, the association is dedicated to influencing and shaping the real estate industry in the Greater Louisville Area and beyond. The Director of Membership Engagement will play a vital role in ensuring that the association provides the highest degree of service and professionalism to its members, aligning with the strategic priorities of Advocacy, Collaboration, and Education (A.C.E). In this role, the Director will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the membership strategy, which includes defining the member value proposition and executing member retention and recruitment efforts. The position requires collaboration with various departments to enhance member benefits and services, as well as providing insights into financial forecasts and the annual budget. The Director will oversee membership tracking and reporting data, manage the day-to-day operations of the membership department, and ensure compliance with the NAR Mandatory Core Standards for Associations of REALTORS®. Additionally, the Director will create and participate in member outreach activities and oversee the new member orientation process. This position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the Executive Management Team, making it an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the association and make a positive impact within the real estate industry.
