About The Position
The Director of Medicare at PacificSource is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the Medicare line of business, including retail Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP) segments. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing profit and loss (P&L), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will lead internal teams and external partners to align strategic efforts and resource allocation, while fostering relationships with stakeholders to achieve competitive positioning and profitability.
