About The Position
Directs the Medical Staff Office, overseeing staff and resources, quality and operational activities, establishing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Assist physicians, allied health practitioners, and medical staff leadership in maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and driving the medical staff quality initiatives through credentialing, re-credentialing, and ongoing performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Medical Staff Quality, required
- CPMSM Certification within 2 years of initial employment, required
