Requirements

Knowledge and principles that relate to all aspects of medical clinics
Aptitude in verbal and written communication
Possession of a baccalaureate degree and education in a field that relates to healthcare
At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Possession of United States proof of citizenship or right to work in the United States
Possession of a driver license or analogous identification
Willingness to participate in Hospital orientation and educational in-service

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of Hospital-affiliated Medical Clinics
Coordinate Medical Clinics continuity, including contracting, credentialing, and fee structure
Organize, implement, and oversee Medical Clinics Performance Improvement activity, including identification of improvement opportunities, development of improvement strategies, and application of such strategies.
Scrutinize and improve Medical Clinics patient satisfaction
Oversee implementation and use of the Medical Clinics health information management system
Develop orientation programs for new Medical Clinics staff members
Manage Medical Clinics staff member human resource issues
Oversee initiation and development of new Medical Clinic locations
Demonstrate ability to educate others about pertinent patient care issues
Recognize how service area relates to healthcare generally, and coordinate activity within own Department with that of other Hospital Departments
Perform other duties assigned by CEO
