The Department of Psychology in the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences at Radford University invites applications at the associate or full professor level to serve as the founding director for a Master's program in Clinical Psychology. Starting in Fall 2026, this tenure-eligible position is nine-month with additional funding for summer months and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a new Master's program in Clinical Psychology that meets APA accreditation requirements and Virginia Board of Psychology requirements for preparing license-eligible graduates. The Psychology Department offers a large Bachelor's program, Master's programs with concentrations in Experimental and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Master's and Educational Specialist in School Psychology degrees.
