About The Position

The Director of Marketing at Bricks & Minifigs is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the marketing vision and initiatives of the brand as it expands from 160 to over 300 stores. This position involves collaborating with franchisees and senior leadership to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and support franchise growth through effective marketing strategies across various channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, particularly in franchise marketing and brand management.
  • Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems for at least 1 year.
  • Experience in a brick-and-mortar retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the internal marketing department.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and franchisee needs.
  • Lead the creation of a multi-year marketing roadmap to scale the brand.
  • Maintain and enhance brand integrity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to equip them with necessary marketing tools and resources.
  • Train franchisees in executing local marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for franchisees to market themselves through corporate-sponsored technology.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across all marketing initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and evaluate market trends.
