The Director of Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across diverse channels.   • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support business goals and enhance brand positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, content, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyze market data and campaign metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA, or a related discipline.
  • Experience marketing for Athletics, Sports Marketing and or Collegiate Marketing Highly Desired.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience using Monday.com
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
