About The Position
The Director of Marketing will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, working closely with our HR team to support recruitment efforts, social media footprint and help build a robust talent pipeline, using all company resources effectively. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to meet recruitment and HR goals. The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and the channels that drive results. This position is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ. You will be required to work Tuesday- Thursday at our Tempe campus and one day from your home office.
