About The Position

The Director of Marketing Technology at BDA is a pivotal role responsible for driving B2B marketing efforts and ensuring the integration of sales strategies with execution. The Director will oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology programs, ensuring they align with business goals and drive revenue, profit, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (7 - 10+ years) and proficiency with Salesforce MCAE, email platforms, digital asset management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in a marketing technology leadership role and managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and technology solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, analytics tools).
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and product development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of technology solutions.
  • Lead a team of marketing technologists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all marketing technology practices.
