Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Hotel , is seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing Strategy to lead digital demand generation, strengthen brand positioning, and drive topline revenue growth. This hands-on leader will align strategy with execution, partnering closely with resort leadership to increase awareness, optimize performance, and expand market share. The Director of Marketing Strategy is a highly hands‑on role responsible for driving awareness, demand, and direct bookings for the resort through digital channels. This position owns the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on brand storytelling, guest acquisition, and revenue growth. The role works closely with resort leadership, revenue management, sales, and external partners. Success measures include\: budget achievement, increasing topline revenue, optimizing expenses and achieving channel/market share objectives. As a member of the hotel’s Executive Committee reporting directly to the General Manager, this role requires regular interaction with hotel’s Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Finance, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Spa.
