About The Position

This role will be the lead for marketing strategy development for a set of the properties as well as driving the analysis of marketing programs. The role will focus on database marketing, calendar development, promotion strategy and all marketing analysis. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Help drive overall marketing strategy for properties. Manages and develops marketing and direct marketing calendars in consultation with the properties. Leads all aspects of management and planning of direct marketing initiatives. Develops and manages completion of all marketing analysis of direct mail programs, events, promotions and marketing projects. Leads team of marketing strategy and analysis specialists. Handles all recommendations and approval from post campaign analysis for improvement of future mailings; works with VP of Database Marketing for final decisions. Communicates direct marketing strategy efforts to VP of Database Marketing and other departments as necessary. Handles all recommendations and approval from post campaign analysis for improvement of future mailings; works with VP of Database Marketing for final decisions. Accountable for meeting and maintaining marketing metrics as set by VP of Database Marketing and senior management. Validate reports created by Team Members in the department to ensure accuracy of work. Must be able to delve into raw data sources and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis in the casino industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading others in analytical or strategic roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Ability to write queries to extract information from databases.

Nice To Haves

  • Business degree or MBA preferred.
  • Cognos Authoring and SQL preferred.
