Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a collaborative, visionary leader to serve as our next Director of Marketing and Public Relations. This role is responsible for advancing CRMC's mission by strengthening our brand, shaping public perception, and fostering meaningful engagement with patients, providers, and the broader community. The Director will oversee a talented marketing and PR team, providing direction on creative campaigns, media relations, and community events while fostering a culture of openness, collaboration, and professional growth. They will guide executive communications - including CEO messages, financial reporting summaries, and the written strategic plan - ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities. Serving as both a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the organization's media spokesperson, this individual will craft and deliver messages that build trust and elevate CRMC's reputation as a leader in healthcare. Working closely with physicians, executives, and the Director of Foundation and Community Engagement, the Director will ensure marketing strategies and public initiatives are unified, impactful, and reflective of CRMC's values.
