The Springs Living is seeking a strategic, process-driven Director of Marketing Operations to lead the operational backbone of our marketing communications team. This leadership role will be pivotal in building and optimizing systems, processes, and team structures that enable scalable and efficient ways of working across our marketing function. This individual will manage key teams within marketing— including Project Management, Field Marketing, Creative Services, and Vendor Partner Management —and drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Business Operations, and senior leadership partners. Success in this role requires a leader who can influence change, build alignment across stakeholders, and bring clarity and consistency to execution. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, with a proven track record in content marketing strategy, change management, and driving operational excellence at-scale. The Director of Marketing Operations reports to the VP, Marketing and Communications.
