Milliman's Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) practice provides retirement and benefits solutions for U.S.-based corporate, public sector, and multiemployer plans. The Director of Marketing will oversee marketing, sales support activities, and client relationship management (CRM) for the practice with a particular focus on driving strategic marketing initiatives and positioning the Milliman EBC brand for significant and sustained growth. The position will manage a small team of marketing and sales support professionals and work closely with the corporate Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate business acumen and a deep understanding of the employee benefits industry, a results-oriented mindset with a commitment to and track record of driving business growth, and a background leading a professional services marketing function.
