About The Position

As Director of Demand Generation, you’ll own the strategy and execution of programs that generate qualified pipeline and fuel revenue growth. You’ll build the demand engine that helps Rillet dominate this category — designing campaigns, scaling channels, and leading a team that translates awareness into measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience, with 3+ years leading teams.
  • Proven ability to build scalable demand engines that deliver against pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels: paid acquisition, ABM, events, marketing automation.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and fluent in attribution and performance reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action — you move fast and deliver results.
  • Experienced team leader who can hire, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and influences at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall demand generation strategy to hit pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Lead a team of marketers across paid media, content syndication, ABM, email, and events.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel programs — from top-of-funnel awareness to customer conversion.
  • Define KPIs, implement rigorous measurement frameworks, and continuously test and iterate.
  • Work with RevOps to ensure data integrity, accurate attribution, and clear reporting.
  • Explore and scale new channels, tools, and tactics that accelerate growth.
