The Director of Marketing & Communications (MarComm) leads the strategic development and execution of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians’ (National Registry) brand, messaging, and engagement across all channels. This role oversees internal and external communications, content strategy, visual design, media relations, and digital presence to ensure consistent and impactful representation of the organization. The Director guides a high-performing team in delivering clear, mission-aligned messaging to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) professionals, stakeholders, partners, and the public. Responsibilities include managing brand integrity, leading marketing campaigns, supporting organizational initiatives, and aligning communication efforts with strategic goals. This position collaborates across departments to strengthen engagement, reinforce public trust, and elevate the National Registry’s role in the EMS community. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
