The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy supports the entire market positioning of Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting to develop and maintain CRI’s competitive advantage, brand awareness, and employee communications. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy collaborates with the Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting department leaders to develop and implement employee communications, external branding, marketing efforts and lead generation tasks to grow the value and portfolio of Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting’s services and product extensions. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy supports the organization’s financial performance, image and competitive positioning compared to competitors. This position consistently provides competent, courteous, prompt service to internal and external customers and partners to develop and maintain a competitive advantage. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy regularly promotes and engages in teamwork, collaboration and transparency among colleagues and pursues career development through professional organizations, networking, continuing education and training opportunities. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Vice President of Business Development. The successful candidate will be able to operate independently, with integrity, and will be extremely organized with complete attention to detail. The candidate will be highly driven with excellent follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome, as well as an ability to focus on the most important objective at the current moment, with a high level of adaptability.
