About The Position

The Director of Marketing and Referral Development at Catalyst Behavior Solutions is responsible for driving business development and expanding access to services for individuals with autism. Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within healthcare or mental health services, preferably in ABA therapy or other therapeutic services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client acquisition.
  • Understanding of ABA therapy or mental health services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, learn, and represent the full suite of products and services offered.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activities, accurate pipeline forecasting, positioning, and pricing.
  • Coordinate the development of activities with existing and new customers to acquire opportunities, track presentations, and qualify needs.
  • Research and analyze regional ABA therapy markets to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted referral strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including schools, pediatricians, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Implement outreach initiatives, including in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and attendance at industry events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to ensure understanding of services and benefits of ABA therapy.
  • Work closely with intake team members to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and communicate market feedback.
  • Collaborate with local referral development teams to execute campaigns to increase visibility and attract new clients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and revenue growth, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in ABA therapy best practices.
  • Develop and implement referral development plans for new opportunities.
  • Work with the Finance Director to project ROI when contracting with new payers.
  • Establish and maintain accurate referral source funnels for each Center.
  • Identify strategies that align with quarterly goals and revenue targets.
