About The Position

The Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Unitech Training Academy is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the institution's marketing and public relations efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the education or training industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and impactful content.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of local and national media landscape and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that supports Unitech's mission, values, and objectives.
  • Lead the marketing and PR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align marketing efforts with institutional goals, including enrollment, student success, and workforce development.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all platforms, including social media, email, print, video, and digital channels.
  • Manage campaign development, execution, and performance evaluation to ensure high-impact results.
  • Drive storytelling initiatives that resonate with students, partners, and the community.
  • Plan and execute events that promote the academy's programs, including open houses, job fairs, and community initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance Unitech's visibility and impact.
  • Implement and monitor analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights on KPIs, including ROI, engagement, and conversions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Unitech's third-party national agency for DCO and SEO optimization.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the development and consistent application of Unitech's brand identity across all materials and channels.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and crisis communications.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for marketing-related inquiries and initiatives.
