The Director of Marketing and Client Experience will be responsible for the development and execution of the client engagement strategies, digital experience, and marketing strategy for the Bank. This position will have responsibility to enhance overall customer engagement and will lead a cross-functional team, to include marketing, internal and external communications, product, pricing, and digital delivery. This leader is accountable for delivering innovative, competitive and relevant solutions and tools to serve our quickly evolving client's needs. Additionally, this leader will deliver robust marketing and public relations campaigns, with results measured by metrics including return on investment.
