About The Position

The Director of Sales and Admissions will develop and maintain relationships
with referral sources and educate those sources on facility services. This
position plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the process of
admitting new residents and involves a mix of healthcare knowledge, sales and
marketing, administrative skills, and compassionate communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.  Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.
