This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning, management, and delivery of HP Managed Print Cloud Services (MPCS) portfolios across their lifecycle. The role includes aligning solutions with pricing strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks. A key focus is driving revenue and margin contributions, maintaining customer feedback loops, and ensuring continuous program enhancements to deliver business value. The Program & Project Lead will assist in aligning the team with the overall HP Solutions leadership and strategy direction and define and execute a clear vision for MPCS, supporting customer business transformation and delivering tangible outcomes. This role requires collaboration across regions and global teams to develop innovative solutions, establish scalable processes, and ensure readiness for sales through robust business cases and marketing collaterals. With a focus on governance, compliance, and cloud services delivery, the role has a critical impact on HP's services business and customer success.
